By enrolling in or purchasing any Fast Flip Formula products or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from making any purchases or accessing our materials.

1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

1.1 Business Identity: Fast Flip Formula ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides real estate education, training, and coaching services.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or accessing our program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 Updates & Modifications: We may update these terms periodically. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Fast Flip Formula offers educational content focused on property flipping strategies.

2.2 We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any decisions made based on our content are solely your responsibility.

2.3 We do not guarantee specific financial results, as outcomes depend on factors such as effort, experience, market conditions, and personal circumstances.

3. Payment Terms & Processing

3.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment providers.

3.2 Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

3.3 Late Payments & Access Suspension: Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.

3.4 Pricing Transparency: All costs are disclosed at the time of purchase. Additional administrative fees may apply to payment plans, and these will be clearly outlined.

3.5 Taxes & Fees: Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to GST where applicable.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind once course materials have been accessed.
4.2 Refund Eligibility: If you have accessed less than 20% of the program within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund in writing to info@fastflipformula.com

4.3 Consumer Law Compliance: Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund if a service is misrepresented, not delivered as described, or contains a major defect.

5. Intellectual Property & License to Use

5.1 Ownership: All materials, including videos, documents, and proprietary strategies, remain the intellectual property of Fast Flip Formula.

5.2 License: Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

5.3 Prohibited Use: Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct & Community Rules

6.1 Customers engaging in Fast Flip Formula’s community groups, coaching calls, or events must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized solicitation.
Sharing login credentials or distributing course content.

6.3 Policy Violations: We reserve the right to remove individuals from community groups or events if they violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Educational Purpose Only: Fast Flip Formula provides education on property flipping but does not offer financial, investment, or legal advice.

7.2 No Guaranteed Results: Success depends on individual effort, experience, and external factors. We do not guarantee profits.

7.3 Consumer Guarantees: We comply with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring services are delivered as described.

8. Termination of Access

8.1 Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to revoke access for any customer who engages in misconduct, fraudulent activity, or violates our community standards.

8.2 Refunds Upon Termination: If access is revoked due to policy violations, refunds will not be provided.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

11. Please note that once a customer has attended a live Bootcamp event, refunds are not applicable.
