These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of Fast Flip Formula’s educational programs, services, and related content. By enrolling in or purchasing any Fast Flip Formula products or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from making any purchases or accessing our materials.
1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
1.1 Business Identity: Fast Flip Formula ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides real estate education, training, and coaching services.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or accessing our program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Updates & Modifications: We may update these terms periodically. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Fast Flip Formula offers educational content focused on property flipping strategies.
2.2 We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any decisions made based on our content are solely your responsibility.
2.3 We guarantee you will complete at least one flip within the next 12 months or we will continue to coach you for free until you do. Subject to full completion of course and attending 1 Bootcamp.
3. Payment Terms & Processing
3.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment providers.
3.2 Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
3.3 Late Payments & Access Suspension: Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
3.4 Pricing Transparency: All costs are disclosed at the time of purchase. Additional administrative fees may apply to payment plans, and these will be clearly outlined.
3.5 Taxes & Fees: Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to GST where applicable.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 You acknowledge that at Fast Flip Formula all purchases are final and there are no refunds.
5. Intellectual Property & License to Use
5.1 Ownership: All materials, including videos, documents, and proprietary strategies, remain the intellectual property of Fast Flip Formula.
5.2 License: Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
5.3 Prohibited Use: Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct & Community Rules
6.1 Customers engaging in Fast Flip Formula’s community groups, coaching calls, or events must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized solicitation.
Sharing login credentials or distributing course content.
6.3 Policy Violations: We reserve the right to remove individuals from community groups or events if they violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 Educational Purpose Only: Fast Flip Formula provides education on property flipping but does not offer financial, investment, or legal advice.
7.2 No Guaranteed Results: Success depends on individual effort, experience, and external factors. We do not guarantee profits.
7.3 We Respect Your Rights: We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to services that are delivered with care, skill, and as promised.
8. Termination of Access
8.1 Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to revoke access for any customer who engages in misconduct, fraudulent activity, or violates our community standards.
8.2 Refunds Upon Termination: If access is revoked due to policy violations, refunds will not be provided.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

11. Please note that once a customer has attended a live Bootcamp event, refunds are not applicable.
